The spacious master suite with king size bed is located on the second floor with large en-suite featuring a bath/shower. This floor also boasts an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that opens onto an entertainer’s deck.

The ground floor offers two bedrooms with enough space to sleep 4 guests, a shared spacious bathroom and laundry. Bedroom two offers a queen size bed and bedroom three offers a single bed along with access to a private grassed courtyard.  

This courtyard villa does not have waterways views however has access to all the sovereign pier amenities including a tennis court, onsite gym, boat launching ramp, large spa pool and swimming pool.

There is free off-street parking with enough room to bring your boat or jet ski to make your holiday one to remember.
